We offer two services: one-time cleaning and recurring cleaning services.

At C & S Cleaning Service we provide:

• Weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning service

• Move-in/move-out cleaning

• We work with top real estate agents to prepare your home for sale or rent  

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

​

• Bedrooms: Dusting, cleaning window sills and baseboards. Mirrors, furniture and items that are sitting on the furniture.

• Bathrooms:  Dusting, cleaning of baseboards, cleaning the countertops, sink, faucets, mirrors, bathtub, and around the tub, shower door, cleaning the toilet inside and out and cleaning the floor.

• Kitchen: Dusting, baseboards, cleaning the countertops, cleaning inside and outside of the microwave. Cooktop, under the range, outside of the dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator, outside of the cabinets, kitchen table and chairs.

• Dining room and Living Room: Dusting the light fixtures and fans, baseboards, cleaning the table, chairs and other furniture or small items on the furniture.

• Laundry room: Dusting, cleaning the outside surfaces of the washer and dryer, vacuum and/or mopping.

• *Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping are included and will be performed depending on what is in your home.

• Additional services are available.
